Local Experience Host / Tour Specialist (Curated Lagos Experiences)

We are looking for a culturally intelligent Local Experience Host / Tour Specialist in Lagos State. You will lead premium, authentic Curated Lagos Experiences. Our goal is to eliminate the "trust deficit". You must help clients navigate Lagos seamlessly, safely, and with zero friction.

• Host Premium Experiences: Lead private, high-end tours showing the authentic sides of Lagos (art, culture, history, and food).
• Provide Local Guidance: Act as a trusted local advisor, bridging the gap between global standards and local realities.
• Coordinate Logistics: Oversee arrival support details, including syncing routes with private drivers and managing venue reservations.
• Manage Group Dynamics: Ensure safety, comfort, and deep engagement for international clients and corporate executives.
• Handle Friction Calmly: Solve on-ground logistical challenges swiftly to maintain a premium, stress-free client experience.

• 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, executive concierge, or high-end tour hosting in Lagos.
• Deep knowledge of Lagos geography, hidden cultural gems, high-end spaces, and local heritage.
• Exceptional verbal communication with high cultural intelligence to connect with global expats and returnees.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Immaculate presentation, strict discretion, and a high sense of professionalism.
